OPENING DATES
Winter season:
(1st October 2010 to 13th June 2011)
Open Fridays for dinner, Saturdays and Sundays for lunch and dinner.
Also open for lunch on bank holidays.
In addition to these dates, we can also cater for small groups
(as from 6 guests), prior reservation only.
Do not hesitate to call.
Annual leave : from january 3 till february 3, 2011
We will welcome you from friday the 4th of february for dinner
according to winterseason schedule.

We welcome friends rather than customers ... enthusiasts of real cuisine, friends who enjoy generous dishes and who appreciate authentic flavours ... and who enjoy the atmosphere of our village in the mountains - our rural environment.

We propose a five-course set menu for 29.50 €
composed of traditional and family dishes created and prepared with fresh seasonal products from local markets.
A cosy restaurant in our home and a warm welcome await you.
For two, five, or ten guests : On request, Yolande can prepare you a dish or a complete meal which can be delivered to your home (within a radius of approximately 20 km of Citou). You are also welcome to come and collect your order directly from the restaurant.

Citou is a picturesque Minervois village in the Montagne Noire, 27km north-east of Carcassonne on the scenic "D 620", 6 km after Caunes-Minervois.
